Okay, so for those of you who believe that less is more and you break you routine up in small segments, tell in detail what you do in those segments. Give detailed explinations of what has caused the quickest gains for you and how many days on, how many days off.

I read a 15 minute pe routine that has you do five minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of jelqing and it's every other day. Now, I haven't tried it much, but they swear you'll get quicker gains doing this than you will doing the heavy workouts every day. So I was wanting any information from experienced PE'ers in here that do these "less is more" programs,

Thanks!

I break my exercises into an all day event, 7 days/week. Only take off when the mood strikes me.

Here is what I do daily:
During my AM and PM drive to/from the "job", usually 1-1.5 hours each way, I do 6-7 sets of 125 regular kegels, and 50 count elevator kegels each way. 100 dry jelqs before I leave in the AM, then an additional 500 throughout the day when I go to the restroom. Add to that lazy ass stretches while I sit at my computer (like right now) during the day; and then additional various stretches are mixed in, TOW, S, and V. It's cool to be sitting in on a meeting and while some boring speech is going on to do an extra couple hundred Ks.

And then I can get serious when I have an extra hour during the day when my wife is not around.
