I think it does to some extent. With me a non-viagra erection is slightly lower than a viagra one. When I take viagra I'm straight up touching the belly but without it it does not.

By all means Kegel's. The stronger your PC muscle the greater you erection angle.

I have a slight above angle than 3 o clock, do you think it's possible to get higher just kegeling?
