I've been reading these forums for about a week so I have a general idea about pe'ing, specifically jelqing, but I'm at a loss as to where to get started. Basically, the quicker the gains the better (obviously) but I don't want to cause any damage.
Right now, I'm only at 4.5" erect length, 4.0" girth...so obviously I'd like to substantially up this, if I could get to 6 length-wise I'd be thrilled.
Any advice on how to start, and what kind of gains I can expect, and what timeframe? Thanks.

Thanks, I appreciate it - private messages aren't necessary, I don't really have anything to hide.
Privacy-wise, well, I'm at home for the summer but it shouldn't be too much of an issue, I'm usually up late at night and at least for now, I'll have most weekdays to myself. As far as time, I'm willing to put a decent amount of time into this, I obviously don't want to devote my entire life to it but whatever is necessary to see some decent gains.
Basically, I've read things over so I have a general idea what to do but I'm kind of squeamish about injuring myself...and I want to see gains as quick as possible obviously so I want to do this effectively.
Anyway thanks for the help, if you need any more info let me know.
And for what it's worth, I'm only 18 so I realize I have a lot of my sex life in front of me but this (successfully increasing size) is very important to my confidence with girls.

Collegeguy, I understand being squeemish about the exercise. I felt the same way when I first got started. I was always convinced I was or did hurt myself. If it means anything I have never hurt myself due to exercise and I have had a pretty intense program.
Your age is a perfect starting point, if you turn out to be a fast gainer you could own a monster before your 20;)
I would start out slow but make a steady increase in intesity and reps as time progresses. Here is a sample routine that I used when I first started. Over the next month you can opt. to replace your stretching and PC workout with Blasters.
(Times may be changed to fit your schedule)
6:30AM: Warm-up: Hot wrap of your chice (i.e. Hot wash cloth, hot bath, shower etc.)
Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each listed below
Pulling straight down:
Once at maximum stretch hold for 30 seconds
Pulling straight down to the right:
Once at maximum stretch hold for 30 seconds
Pulling straight down to the left:
Once at maximum stretch hold for 30 seconds
Pulling straight up:
Once at maximum stretch hold for 30 seconds
Cranking Rotary:
Once at maximum stretch hold straight in front of you crank or rotate your penis for 30 cranks.
11:30AM Basic Jelqing
300 2 Second Jelqs
After Jelq: Warm Down: Hot wrap of your chice (i.e. Hot wash cloth, hot bath, shower etc.)
12:00 PC Muscle Fitness
100 quick Kegel squeezes
50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.
Before Bed: Testicle Health Massage
Testicle Health
Testicle Health Stretch will help your penis to hang lower in flaccid state. It will also increase blood flow to your testicles and aid in sperm count. This routine should take no longer than 5 minutes but the benefits are many.
With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular
This is a good starting program. I advise doing it 7 days on no days off. After about a month I think you should be up to 600 Jelqs and we ccan re-vamp the stretching/PC routine and change it to Blasters. Good Luck and ask any questions you want.

Only one question (right now) - no rest days period? I mean, that's fine with me I just want to make sure that's the most beneficial. Anyway I'm printing this out and I'll start tomorrow, thanks a lot for doing this!
Oh yeah, and will this work on both length and girth? What percentage of erection would you recommend I maintain for the stretches/jelqs?

I have always trained daily and iit worked for me. You kind of need to feel it out and see what works best for you. I feel daily workouts are beneficial because it creates a solid habit.
As far as stretching goes: Completely Flacccid
Jelqing: 80% erect

Agree...
I "train" 7 on, only take time off when the mood strikes me. My workout is a lot of shorter sessions, all day long.

And what would you guys say is a reasonable goal for 4 months from now (when I go back to school). By no means do I plan on stopping at that point, just curious what I should expect by that point.

Everyone is different with gains... I've been around here and at thunders for approx 10 months and it seems the general rule is that the people under six inches grow MUCH faster then the guys around 8... Follow DLD's instructions and you will have a monster... You are in the right place and are talking to the right person (s) (DLD)...

Great, I'm definitely thankful I found this website, I'd heard of these techniques before but to be honest I guess I was too quick to dismiss them due to "doctor's claims".
Is it also true that these exercises can increase strength of erection? To be honest I've always been kind of disappointed in that I don't find my erections to be as strong as I'd like...
Anyway I'm looking forward to being here for the long haul and I'm in eager anticipation of starting on the program tomorrow, I will keep you guys updated frequently.

Greater erection strength is a *sure thing* with PE, you will notice that within a week or so and there will not be a doubt in your mind as to it...

That's great to hear. Also, I know this will be hard for you to describe in words but - how "hard" should I be pulling during stretches and squeezing during jelqs? As I said before, the idea just makes me squeamish - don't get me wrong, I'm very willing to do it I'd just like some idea as to how hard I"m supposed to be doing this so that I don't A) Injure myself and B) Do too little.
And another thing I just thought of - I realized I really don't gain that much in terms of size when I have an erection. I'm already around 3" flaccid, so I'd say I only gain 1.25-1.5" when I'm erect. Does this indicate that maybe I'm not in good vascular condition down there, and the potential for even greater erect growth by doing these exercises?
And one more thing - for DLD in particular - have you achieved your length gains without using weights? I'm reluctant to use weights for several reasons, mainly I don't know if I have the privacy to, and also making such a device seems rather cumbersome, so if I can achieve the same gains from simply stretching/jelqing I'd prefer to stick to that (and add the blasters when the time comes). Right now, I'm interested in getting to 6x5 and not much else matters, I'll re-evaluate when the time comes.

Just starting out you need to take it easy, get used to the feel of pulling on your penis and try to isolate your ligs.. DLD is the king of gains around here as he started out with around 6 and is over 12' now (with pics in member section to back it all up)...
Everyone has different flacid length... My flacid is fairly large but this friend of mine has an ultra small one, HOWEVER, we tagged a girl once and this guy ended up being significantly larger then me... Your flacid size will gain more then your erect length when you compare the two (at least mine did)... You will do fine here...

Significantly larger than you? Did you measure, or just compare visually? If you take two guys of the same size and put them in a room together naked, I'll bet they both walk out thinking the other guy was bigger.

I didn't pull a tape or anything but I'm certain he was significantly larger then me... As I said we double teamed this girl that I had been fucking for about 4 months... She had some trouble with me when we first started having sex but got used to my 8 x 6.5... On the night I'm talking about I started things out then my friend jumped in while I watched.. She mounted him reverse cowgirl, she was well greased up and I watched him hang up and drag the skin around the vagina into the hole before it had no choice and took it, she gasped and was clearly in pain...
