Alright, this is for a friend that knows I do this and I told him I'd try to help his 'problem'. My friend has a 'coke dick' you could say. It's not really long, but it's very wide. I haven't seen it, but girls have told me how much it hurts. See, he has trouble fitting into girls, and when he does it REALLY hurts them. Some have even ran away.
Question is: How could he lose some girth permanently? I've known him for a while and I know he wont take too much time to this, so it needs to be something quick and easy.

This is an interesting problem.
He has some insane girth but not too much length..so at least he has one way to go.
He won't be able to accomplish anything without an investment of time. Does he really care about working on this? There will be no quick fix. But it does sound like a serious problem, if he's actually having women run away.
Best case would be that he would convert some of his girth into length. Jelqing is definately a no-no. I think you have to look at hanging and stretching. If he can add a few inches of length while neglecting his girth, he may be able to skinny up a bit. But I don't think he would lose more than .5", if any. This would only make it a little more bearable for the women. And it would take a serious commitment.
Maybe he could check with a doctor..they have breast reduction surgery, so it's worth a check.

I agree with Christof, have him do some stretching... Jeeze, what kind of girth does he have... After a workout I'm pushing 7 3/4" girth and my wife takes that just fine... I've heard of people having natural 8 and over inch girths.. Bring your friend over to the forum and have him start his training...

I think he'd rather not invest time with it - thats a part of the problem. I told him to do some stretching and tried to describe it to him, but he said he couldn't keep from getting off during the stretches. He works out with me at the gym almost every other day, so I'm guessing if he gets a routine he'd probably stick to it. Time will tell.

He can fly to Massachusetts. Meet me at Umass Hospital and we can set up a surgical transfer of girth from him to me:D
I think that a hard-core stretching routine maybe even hanging will be his best bet. I think that stretching can be done more frequently than other PE work. If I were him I would set up a a solid daily stretch routine. Maybe even twice a day.
