New Stretch

I believe this is new! Stand in front of your bathroom miror put your left leg up on the counter top, reach behind and grab the head of your penis and pull it back between you butt and your leg. Now put both feet on the floor and put the other leg up on the counter.. Repet on the other side.

It's a great stretch, but between the cheeks stretching and hanging has been around for ever... :)

Works extremely well for targeting the ligs.

I have tried this stretching method in the past. I would agree with RB that it's been around for quite some time, though.

After doing my stretching exercises using the method you describe, my penis would always feel sortof numb and that's why I changed to a different method. I now take the head of my penis in one hand and pull it away from my body. With my other hand, I push against the other hand that's already pulling my penis so as to support it in pulling.

This has worked well but I'm sure that this method has also been around for quite some time. However, using this method, I don't get the numb feeling that I described above.
