I've read most of the posts on this forum regarding isolating the PC muscle, I'm still not certain I'm kegeling correctly however. I find it is difficult to actually perform kegels (the way I'm doing it) - is this normal? It is by no means impossible but if what I am actually squeezing is the PC muscle, it is hard to do. Should I feel a slight contraction if I place a finger between my anus and my balls? If so, does this mean I'm doing it right? Thanks for the help.

coolegeguy don't make Kegels and/or Reverse Kegels more difficult than they need to be. A kegel is the identicle movement that happens when you stop the flow of urine. A Reverse Kegel is the muscle movement you do when you push the flow of urine hard. Of course you do not have to urinate to use this muscle, but this is the best way to identify them.

Cool, guess I've been doing them right all along, it's just so hard to isolate the muscle while performing the exercise...although that could be due to my PC Muscle not being in good shape, which wouldn't surprise me at all.
