View Full Version : Stretching for Base Girth - please advise.

Not many people do this I think, but I have reached the point where I'm interested in stretching for base girth and not much interested in gaining length.
So:
3-5 lbs for several hours a day or 10 pounds for 3 20 minute sessions?
Whichever I choose, I'll work up as allowed, but the basic question is whether time or weight is a greater factor in base girth gains from hanging.

I don't know about time vs. weight, but DO stretch to the sides, as well as up and down for base girth, it hits the base ligs from multiple angles.

I'd definitely go for the 10 lb 3 20 minute sessions over the 3 - 5 lb several hour sessions. You dont want to run into circulation problems (which even lower weight can cause).
I'd suggest BTC if your LOT permits it. I believe theory has it that the inner penis is larger in circumference than the outer penis. Stretching ligs (BTC) would allow it to come out while higher angles (SO) (OTS) would concentrate more on tunica stretch and not necessarily pull out the inner penis. If you do increase base size from hanging, its almost certain that length will increase, but how bad could that possibly be ;)
In my case, I rate my girth at midshaft which is 5" but it's 5.5" at the base and I attribute this to BTC hanging (even though with my 7:00 LOT my days of BTC may be over).
Perhaps Bib could sum it up better.

10 lbs BTC is a little rough on me. I'll have to work up to it - atm the skin complains very vocally when I hang in such a way.
I have been doing this crazy Blaster/Crank/Hang thing lately which seems to leave my wang in a fairly exhausted state though. I'll offer more details after I rest for a week or so to insure I haven't damaged something.
