My penis just doesn't get hard like it used too. After I Jelq my penis hangs big for some time but then goes back into pre-pubescent mode. Then it feels kinda cold and my balls are always hugging up against it...I figure maybe the weather but it feels like this even on warm days. I popped a viagra the other day just to try it out and my penis gets up to 6.2 length and 5.2 in girth, my normal erections are around 5.7 and 5.0 on a good day...wtf im only 22 years old! Can anyone offer any suggestions. Its not my PC muscle I work it every other day and while I jelq. I also tried aspirin, yohimbe...nothing except for half a viagra which did wonders.

Yea, my wiener used to do that alot, like be all small and cold all the time, i think its a circulation problem- but since ive been working it fantically increasing blood flow, vein size, ect, its gotten alot better. How long have you been Pe'ing, and how often?

I am not too sure why your cock would feel cold on warm days. I'll leave that to Luvdadus to answer. However, I can tell you that I felt like that a few months back @ age 21. I was going through some tough times and noticed that it had a psychological effect on my cock, it wouldn't get hard like rock hard. So I started working out and then that helped out a lot. Not only did it kill my mental frustrations but gave me some rock hard erections and since remained the same.

I've been pe'ing regulary for a year now. I work out 5 days a week. I'm in college my life really isnt too hard...not too much stress. Its usually just me and my hands for sex though. I have good veinage and the plumbing works well. I don't know what the heck it could be. I haven't been with a woman in 6 months it used to be harder then of course, but even my regular whacking off erections are smaller. I'm really starting to get worried and its starting to have a psychological effect on my well being.

romantiko hit the nail on the head IMO, do some excersise, not only will it help relieve any stress leading to phsycological ED, but doing 30 mins of aerobic excersise 3 times a week, can give you up to a pint of extra blood, or something like that. but seriously, i was getting some pretty serious ED a couple of weeks ago, about 50/50 physcological and physical, so i took 2 weeks off pe, and kegeled like a mad man, and started boxing, great for getting tension out, and it isnt half a tiring workout.

good luck,

Exercise, exercise, exercise, can't say it enough. My old erections are returning after starting PE. Just keep at it .

Only other thing i could think of, besides some genetic thing, is that mabey your diet is horrible or something?

I lift intensely 4 days a week, i've been doing it for 4 years now. My diet is excellent I have the occasional donut now and again but I always get my veggies and fruits in and I lay off the fried foods and white bread.

Have you tried taking some time off? Could be overtraining. It can sneak up on you. Try a week or two of rest.

I hate to say it but I was sick with a cough for a week at the begining of April. It wasn't major I just couldn't exert myself without coughing all over the place - my schedule was really hectic at the time so I was off PE and lifting for a week.

I have the EXACT SAME PROBLEM TO THE T! I thought it was actually the first phase in maybe working your tool. Since your body is not use to all that pushing and pulling and squeezing etc.... I think its almost some kind of a defense mechanism I could be wrong but who knows...

It cannot be the first phase because it has never advanced beyond this stage. I think im gonna go the cock ring route. If im buy the local porno emporium I'll pick one up. Its so damn annoying and works against me psychologically.

Make sure you have enough rest time in your PE routine too. Overworking your peen will sometimes cause problems similar to those you have described.

I've decided to stop altogether, I will continue to do Kegels. I think I will start again after the 18th.

Storm,

For what it's worth...I too had erection strength problems while PE'ing. I realized I was going at it too hard at times and wasn't giving the unit time to heal. I eventually went with a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off routine and it worked wonders for me. At times I was going 14 days straight without break and my unit payed the price. Had to quit PE for 3 weeks back then to finally get a good erection again, so I think taking time off would be good. Then when you start back up change up your routine as far as rest days. Everybody is different, but I've noticed even changing your daily routine will help.

Just my two cents dude.
