Hello to All!

I have been away from PE for about 1.5 years and started back up in Feb. I origianlly started PE in Jan of 2000 and was very active with it through Sept. of 2000.

I just wanted to say Hey to all the members and I look forward to sticking with it this time. There are quite a few new members on the board since I last quite. Is Dance still around? How about Phat8? Looks like DLD is a PE God! Look forward to your new site.

Must say I feel good doing PE again and am seeing gains again. Have added some new techniques found on this board. I lost a little in length and girth since stopping last time, but beilieve that was due to poor circulation and general maintenance of the unit. Continue to forget to do kegels on days off. Any suggestions?

Current Measurments:

ELNBP: 7.125
EG Base: 6.5
EG Mid-shaft: 6.0
EG Head: 5.25 - 5.5 (varies with erection strength)

Goal:

ELNBP: 8.0
EG Base 7.0
EG Mid-shaft: 7.0
EG Head 7.0

Currently working on making overall girth more uniform and length of course.

Once again, Hello to everyone and I'm stoked about being back into PE!

Welcome back!

Nice to read you, I wasn't around earlier. They guys you mentioned still show up either here or at thunder's occaisionally.

That's some great girth you got there. How do you plan to get it to 7"?

Thanks for the welcome back! As for getting the girth to 7", well I was almost there last time I quit. I like the 440 squeezes and jelq at 80%. Really want the unit more uniform though!

In case your not familiar with it, do a search here and at thunder's for bib's uli thing and extreme uli's. Tremendous for putting on uniform girth in the shaft above the base... I'm working on length only currently, and as soon as I hit my goal, I'll switch to the uli thing for girth. It's fantastic.

Why'd you stop pe'ing? Did you do any maintenance pe such as occaisonal jelqing or stretching during your break? How much length and girth did you gain, and how much do you think you lost?

Thanks for the insite on the uniform girth exercises. I've been doing the Uli thing and showing results.

As for the gains and losses here goes.

Started out Jan of 2000

ELNBP: 6.75
EG base: 6.25
EG mid-shaft: 5.75

Stopped in Sept of 2000
ELNBP: 7 3/8
EG base: 6 7/8
EG mid-shaft: 6 1/8

Started back up in Feb of 2003, but didn't take any measurements until April.


Didn't stop for any health/injury reasons. Had 2 kids and didn't have time for PE. Didn't do ANY PE exercises for that layoff time.

Not much loss for no pe whatsoever. That's good to know :)

Lot's of new stuff going on recently. I'm sure you'll have no trouble hitting your goals...

Thanks.... I was surprised myself when I measured in April. I just wish I would of measured in Feb when I started back up. Then I could of had a better gauge of what I lost.

How about you? What are your goals? What did you start out at?

I started out 5x4 ebpl, have been peing for 16 months, and last time I measured erect I was 8 3/8 x 5.5. I've been focusing on tunica stretching for the past two months, and my BPFS is now 9" (I switched to tracking PBFS as is more accurate), but it hasn't translated into erect gains yet I don't think. I'm working on rectifying that.

My goals are to have the perfect size penis for my wife. I am getting very close length wise, will probably be around 9.25 or so EBPL, and girth probably around 6.25-6.5. She has had two vaginal deliveries and has no interest in working to restore any vaginal tone, so it's up to me to fill her up.

That's ok with me though, as I'll get to have a big crank for my ego and still not be too much for her... :)

WOW! Awesome length gains! What excersizes did you use for length gains? That is awesome! One more question....how do you now what your perfect length for your wife would be?

I too am in the same boat with you as far as the wife having two vaginal deliveries. She too doesn't really get into toning it down there. For some reason I know I will get the girth gains I want just for the fact that girth gains came very easy for me last time around. Would like to get a good length routine going, but haven't been able to see any significant gains in that department as of yet.

pt2, hi and welcome back. It is so cool to have a real vet posting here again. I miss my early days here and often wonder what it was like before that. When I first came to peforum there was such a comradery that sucked me in. Whenever a vet returns I feel that same excitement that I used to feel as a newbie. If you need anything please ask.

Thanks for your kind words on welcoming me back to PE! I see many people including yourself have pioneered the art of PE'ing! Back when I started there were a limited amount of people giving their two cents on the subject. I appreciate all the knowledge that is present here now and would like to thank everyone for posting their own progress and routines!

Saw your flaccid picture and must say D#$M! Do you have a license for that thing! HeeeHE!!!! You gotta love PE and the fact that If you put time and effort into it you will reach your goals.

With that in mind my goal is 8 ELNBP X 7 G. I believe I will be able to reach the girth goal (girth gains came easy to me before), but need help with the length goal. So, at a current 7.125 ELNBP what kind of stretching routine would you suggest?

pt2, I have had the most success and gains using the DLD Blasters with the "A-Stretch" I will find the thread and bump it for you. There are also JAI stretches that many have been gaining from too. When I was on the mega-quest for length I did both the Blasters and the JAI stretches. If you need any help in understanding them please ask. I can work with you through PM's, email, or in the forum. Whatever you feel more comfortable with. Again...Welcome back!

Welcome back, is that the nickname you used to post with I don't remember you, but I was still a newbie myself back then. It's nice to hear that you didn't lose size. Glad your back and posting. Dance and phat still post over at thunders sometimes, thunder was seeker9 on the old board. Bib is still around.

pt2, I got most of my length in the first 7 months from dry jelqing. After that, mostly due to downward lig stretching and tunica stretching.

Search for a post on Bib's LOT theory. Fully understand this, and you'll be way ahead of the curve and able to design a program using DLD's excellent stretches to quickly meet your goals.

My length goal is to be able to reach and massage my wife's cul-de-sac, the end of her vaginal cavity, in a variety of positions. I'm getting close :)

Thanks again for the tips. I have looked at your pictures of the various stretches you have come up with, but am still debating which one I should use. I currently have a BPFS of around 8.5", but doing the "A" stretch feels awkward to me. I saw the modified RB "A" stretch but haven't tried that one yet. When you do these stretches are you pulling straight out while sitting/standing or slightly up/down? Probably getting tired of people asking you that question, but want to start out right. Also, I looked at Bib's Theory and found that my erection angle is between 9 and 10 O'clock and LOT is roughly at about 8 O'clock position. Any thoughts on where to start?

Thanks for welcoming me back! PT was the nickname I used on the old board. I didn't post that much...was more of a lurker. Mostly posted to Dance, Phat and Bib. Nicknames I remember from back then were Bib, Dance, Phat8, Seeker9, Japp and Growing. Sorry I don't remember you either, but all of that doesn't matter now. Just stoked to be back with the itch in the unit again!! And you know what that means. HeeHE!

Thanks again for the tips. I read Bib's theory and found my erection angle is 9 to 10 O'clock position and LOT occurs around the 8 O'clock position. How much length gains did you get with jelqing alone? I have found that I like to jelq upwards toward my chin and placing a hand at the base shaped as a V, while jelqing with the other hand (thumb on top). That's how I got my girth gains.

I saw your modified version of the "A" stretch with the pipe and am debating on using it for working the length. As I told DLD, the normal "A" stretch feels awkward to me. I'm roughly 8.5" BPFS. I already asked DLD what his thoughts may be on where I need to start, but would like your input as well.

With a LOT of 8:00, you still have some length potential by downward stretching. I'd stretch downward for 5-10 minutes a day to get these gains.

But with your LOT, to get more length gains, you are gonna have to stretch your tunica. For me, any stretching above my LOT stresses the tunica. I do the modified A to the left, right and middle, as well as pull upwards towards my chin and left and right obliques, to work the tunica in several different angles. Concentrating soley on the tunica this way for the past 2 months has given me another 1/2" in BPFS, bringing it to 9".

I gained most of my initial length by primarily dry jelqing, but I figure at least 2" or more of my gain was probably due to lig stretching.

I am currently only working length, and when I get to where I want, will work girth. I'm not working both, as more girth will require more force to get length, whereas length doesn't affect getting more girth...

It has been off and on as far as my routine goes since starting back up in Feb. I guess you could say I've been trying a bunch of different excersises. So, I don't know what I'll come up with as far as a normal routine.

I have noticed this time around the same problems I had last time and that is poor erections after 3 straight days of PEing. Seems I came up with a 3on 1off, 2on 1off routine last time and it worked for me. Guess this time around isn't much different. Will have to adopt this routine if I look to gain and stay hard when I want!

After all, if you can't use the thing when you want what good is it.

P.S. Continue to forget to do kegels on my days off and attribute some erection strength loss to that.
