Well, summer is coming and my girlfriend is heading home for summer... and I have almost fully recovered from surgery. Sooo, soon it's time for me again to resume PE. :) I have had a very long break from any type of PE except hypnosis, so should I consider myself a newbie again and start all over with lighter stuff? The thing is, when I first started, I did a recommended routine from a paysite, which involved 30 minutes+ manual stretching. Now, there has been new techniques devised by people here at this wonderful forum. :) Should I go for DLD stretches or plain straight out pulling?

I have my jelqing routine worked out.. going to do some quick jelqs (2 sec x 300), and then do some squeezes and uli's.

Also, does anyone have tips on stretching the frenulum? Apparently, it grew back after surgery, and feels a bit shorter.. But maybe it is still healing?

Thanks in advance,

BDS

BDS,

Welcome back! How long were you away from PE and what kind of surgery did you have? Curious to here your thoughts on the whole PE revolution now!

Get the itch back in the stick dude!

Thanks for the welcome back, guys. :)

I had surgery done on my foreskin because it was a bit tight and causing the skin to crack up. At first I thought I was getting a full circumcision, but the doc and I agreed to try another type of surgery to widen the foreskin. So, small "holes" were cut, and the frenulum was removed (but it grew back). It looked crazy after the op, with "bubbles" between the "holes".. The stitches are gone now and the bubbles are getting smaller every day.

How long I've been away from PE? I can't tell for sure... I haven't done any consistent PE:ing in a long time. Last time I PE:d though was in January, when I gave it a shot for about a week, then something came up, don't remember what though. LOL

Welcome back. I am glad your surgery went without insident. As far as your stretching portion of your workout is concerned I would suggest some basic stretching for the first 2 weeks then switch to the DLD Blaster. There is no rush and if you need any help just let me know.

This is strange you mention this because I had an injury in the same place. I continued some light stretching as it healed. The strange thing is before the injurymy frenulum was only about .5" long it is now over 1" and perfectly healed.

Thank you for your insight, DLD. :) (BTW, I'm going to join your future website). I'll take easy now in the beginning, in fact, there's another two more weeks until my girl heads home, so it will get some more post-op rest. =)

Ah ok, cool to hear that your frenulum has healed fine. Actually, my frenulum appears to get less tight everyday. I do some light stretching everytime I go to have a pee, maybe that's the reason why it's getting better. :) BTW, how did you injure your frenulum? Anyway, the human body is very impressive, being able to just grow things back. LOL
