i started off PE with a skinny shaft, no necessarily when you look down on it, but from a profile view. Basically no visible tube running down the underside, also, i think that the roundness on the top of the penis also matters in givin this flatness effect. I think it is something that is overlooked in many men with this problem- ive improved the look of the profile pretty well with standard jelquing, uli's, dld bends, but i still feel like my penis is getting wider from the sides, not from the top and bottom. Anyone have any specific exersizes that have helped with this? Ive dont just about every modification of every sqeeze i can think of. There should be a nice set of exersizes that work on the roundness effect, i know it must be a major problem with tons of guys, moreso than the glans bloodflow problem, (which i also have, SLIGHTLY) My girth is almost 5.75, but it still looks skinny from the side- in my eyes.
