I tried to find my LOT and when laying down and pulling it in towards my feet, I can still feel a bit of pull. not as much as as 12 oclock, towards my face, but its still there
what does this mean for me and what exercises would be the most beneficial in my situation

I have made it a point to do light jelqing, stretching and squeezing while taking a shower for about a week now, nothing more than 10-15 minutes, and I've noticed my NBP length has increased almost half an inch, and its still there.. i know this is a crazy gain for only a week of adhering to a 'program' but all I know is it definitely pushes me to work harder and not miss a day

k1ng29, It is more of a visual pull-back you should be looking for. Try it again and watch the head of your penis. When there is no visual pullback this is where your LOT is.
And don't pull out too hard when trying to do the pullback. Just stretch your penis gently out, makes it easier to feel the pullback.

I can see a visual pullback all the way down to nearly 6, if not then definitely 7 oclock.. what does this mean for me and what are some good exercises?

That's a good question about this new (and a bit confusing) theory.
Maybe after all of the data has been compiled, someone can create a pie chart (or some kind of diagram - possibly shaped like a clock?) showing you that 'okay, if your LOT is at 6:00 then these exercises should work for you (or be added to your routine) and so on.
Verbal directions are really hard to digest over the internet, especially when alot of people have a difficult time expressing themself in the first place - that's where diagrams come in handy.
To all the old-timers, remember how excited we all got when people started drawing out how to jelq and do uli's, etc?

It means you don't have much length gain potential from lig stretching, so if you want additional length you'll need to concentrate on tunica stretching at various angles above 9:00.
What I'm doing now is modified A stretches using a piece of plastic pipe (a vaccumm cleaner hose extension) while sitting stretching left, right and center at roughly a 9:00 angle. I also do dead pull stretches the the left and right up towards my oblique as well as straight up to my chin while reclining or lying flat on my back.

RB, that is unbelievable at least. Since that (FL) gain is from tunica stretching, it should be very easy to convert to EL as well, whereas lig gains are harder to convert. (IMO)
btw, Have to ask that have you had any erection problems along with your gains? I hope not.

Absolutely no erection problems whatsoever. As far as turning them into erect gains, Bib recommended behind the balls jelqing to stimulate blood flow, I've been doing some of that, but most of my efforts are concentrated in stretching, I figure I can catch the erect length up over time.

RB that went straight over my head.. My routine right now consists of jelqing, stretching while flexing PC muscle in all directions, and some squeezes. what you're saying is, these things aren't going to work?
I don't really understand the difference between the ligs and the tunica and howto hit each one with diff exercises.. also can you explain the A stretch in a little more detail, im not seeing it in my head how it works

The jelqing will help with blood flow as well as girth, which the squeezes will also promote.
For putting on serious length with a low LOT, you need to concentrate on your tunica using the angles I described above. Also, peruse DLD's excellent links, and fully understand them. The tunicas are tough bastards, and require a bunch of force to stretch thoroughly. Using fulcrum type stretching breaks them down to be a bit weaker, making stretching more effective. Hell, even if you skip the A or modified A stretch, use a finger on your non-pulling hand to make a hook and lift up on the shaft while you are stretching in the various angles/directions. It makes a world of difference.
