I made first gains in girth using squeezes and power squeezes, but no gains in length yet ... I was only jelqing for length gains, but now I read that this is not the most effective method.
I would like to give the "Tension Stretch" a try, as Big Al describes it as maybe the best length exercise. I searched the forum for a description of the tension stretch, but could not find anything. Could anyone please point me to a post that has a detailled description of the tension stretch?
Or - should I try RB's modified version of the DLD stretches (the one with using the hammer)?
