View Full Version : nOOb (routine question) quick schedule and hot wraps?

Hey all, I've been reading and lurking here for a while...so I figure it's time to start something!!!
Reason I am asking about the hotwraps is because I am going to start PE'n when I get outta the shower. Which is about 15-20 minutes. I would think that would get my blood flowing a bit (proly not as much as a hot wrap though) Reason is that I don't have time right now...or much privacy to do this. So once I get outta the shower I usually have about 20 minutes to myself. Here's what I planned on doing.

5 min. stretches
Pulling down (30seconds)
up (30 sec)
sides (30 sec)
circles (30 sec)

proly do this twice....then

-Jelq for about 5-10 minutes (wanna start out slow)
-then uli squeezes? 100 or so (the thing that you contract like as if to stop pee'n?? right?)
-V stretch
Then maybe stretch once more manually?

Does this sound ok?

Right now I'm 6 (maybe 5.10 or something? x 4.6 or so (quick measure))

I'd like to be 7 x 5.5 does that seem like a reasonable goal?

Am I hurting myself by not doing this everyday....maybe say 4 times a week? Instead of 6 (save one day off?)? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. I tried VigRx but it did nothing (but I didn't PE at the same time so I proly just wasted my money....I wish I would'a held off until now...now that I have a little more time than I did) Thanks all!

I think that you mean kegels. uli's are advanced girth moves and newbies shouldn't do them. Kegels are flexing the muscle that stops the urine stream. 100 or so is fine.

this is fine, but why not stick to plain old stretches till they don't produce results anymore?

Yes that is a very doable goal. Do yourself a favor and get a good set of measurements. non bone pressed and bone pressed erect, also bone pressed flaccid stretched, and erect girth, and flaccid hang. Take your time do several measurements over a few days untill you get very consistent results. after this use the same posture, ruler etc every time.

I recommend 5 on 2 off or 6 on 1 off or 2-3 on one off

K, thanks for the advice. Yeah...I meant kegels. Sorry, still learning the terminology. Any thoughts on the wraps? Thanks again.


Also I was thinking that since I dont' have much time...I was gonna do kegels on my way to work on my motorcycyle (not very great technique but it's better than nothing I think??) So about 100-150 on the way to work, 100-150 on the way home. Work out at the gym, then shower, then do my manual streches, then jelques, then stretches again???

cUriOS, I used to do all my kegels while doing other things. I think it is a great use of your time.

great. Glad it's not worthless. Today (only after 2 days of PE'n) I got some spots. Does that mean that somethings working? I mean I know it's broken blood vesels which means that too much blood is being pumped in so that's gotta mean that I'm at least doing things right right??? Kinda scarey at first. Does this happen just at the beginning of PE'n or is this a frequent thing even or vets? Thanks for the responses guys.

Oh yea....is it a safe bet to keep PE'n when I get these red dots (broken vessels?) Or should I wait a day?

I got them once recently. When I woke up they were gone- so they disappeared fast for me. Just wait a day until they are gone, then take it light to moderate jelqing. Then you're good to go!

ok, so I started slacking. Not really though as i've been crazy busy theses last weeks. I've been doing my kegels on the way to work and stretching when possible...but no jelques. Proly once a week. Is this ok, will I get any gains whatsoever this way....Things are slowing down now so I should be able to make enought time to lay around naked and go with my routine for 20 minutes or so. But I thought I'd ask if since I'm not PE'n everyday....or even every other day for that matter if it's helping in any way shape or form. Thanks for the responses.

Oh and I have a lot LOT....so I am stretching (attempting to) stretch my tunica. I need to do more searches to figure out a good way to do this though.
