Caffeine and PE ?

I know caffeine restricts the blood vessels. How does this affect the development of a penis during a PE program? Also, by drinking a Caffeinated beverage, does this affect the hanging of a penis.

I think that it is doubtful that caffien will diminish your gains if yoiur program is sound and persistently applied. It may affect flaccid appearance.
