Can any PE guru's give me a routine for a newbie PEer hoping to start up the process but already has a low LOT? My LOT is at roughly 6:30, so I'm really fearing for any possible gains by doing PE. I also don't know too much about PE because I never really got into it but after a few embarassing scenarios the past couple of months it's time to get with the program. I wish I started this last year when I initially found out about this site, around January of 2002 but from what I read from Bib's post, with my low LOT I most probably would have gotten some very minimal gains and would have been put off by the whole process in the first place. So maybe it's a good thing that I just got back into things now. Unfortunately I'm out of the loop and don't know what anybody's talking about, when they say DLD blasters/twists and tunica stretches for low LOT? No clue... if somebody with experience could guide a newbie low LOTer that Bib sais needs some tunica stretches along with whatever else works I'd be very greatful.

As far as my length and girth.. I don't have any concrete measurements but last time I could remember I believe I came out with 6" length and 5" girth... it's not THAT small so I can't exactly verify why the embarassing situations were THAT embarassing... but the rumormill started flowing around that I was small and it's really unnerving to get that around highschool :<

This from bib on low LOTers: For the tunica, I would do the DLD twists every day, and fulcrum hanging might be great. But I have no personal experience with fulcrum hanging.

No idea what the DLD twist is so ;o

nevermind....I just need to keep reading. Does a low LOT mean that gains will be harder?? I dunno if I understood that correctly. It seems as though those with low LOT were the ones with the largest gains from what I read (ie. DLD)??? Did I miss something? Also from what I just read..it seems that stretching your Tunica helps more so.

yea i have a low LOT ... around 7 or so.. and now I'm kind of worried that maybe my gains will be limited because of it.. is that true or am i an idiot?

I'm gonna start doing some A-stretches.. I would do DLD twists with the A stretch, but I don't know if the damn thing is big enough :) Any other exercises that would help the tunica would be appreciated

thanks

Guys, a low lot only limits potential length gains from LIG stretching. I apparently had a high LOT when I started (didn't measure it, nor had many others, since Bib just recently introduced his theory), and made good initial gains. I then went through a period of no to miniscule gains, but I was still trying to stretch my ligs, and there was no where for them to go.

Since switching over to tunica stretching 60 days ago, I have gained 1/2". So, while gains may be harder to come by via tunica stretching because the tissues are tougher and larger than ligs, they are still possible, and over time you can most likely meet your goals if you stay persistent.

Each time I see a thread like this, people are asking "how do I stretch my tunica" and I end up retyping over and over. Do a search on tunica stretching, and I'm gonna put up a post in the newbie forum as a sticky to refer people to from now on. I'll get it done asap.

Just remember, with a low lot, you can definitely still gain major penis, it just may take a bit longer assuming you remain dedicated and persistant.
