I started doing some A stretches, and I was wondering, should I be concentrating more on pulling it out straight in front of me, while bent over my wrist, or concentrate on pulling it over the wrist and down towards the floor? Also I was a bit scared of hurting myself so is there a limit I should look out for with this tunica stretching stuff?
Thanks

Hmmm... good question.
However, I think I can provide an answer for it. When I do my A stretch, I pull out and slightly angled downwards. How do I know it's working?
I feel a stretch inside my dick's shaft like I'm targetting the insides of it and really stretching them. This stretch for me hits my tunica instead of the ligaments on my pubic bone. So my advice to you is : Try stretching it the both ways you mentioned and every angle in between until you feel the most intense stretch feeling. OR you might want to alternate between both styles of stretching it and see which one you prefer.
For hitting the ligaments on my pubic bone I simply stretch down towards the floor as hard as I can ( 50 reps holding at 5 seconds for each stretch downwards).

the problem with finding the most intense stretch... is that it feels like something down there is gonna break :)
tomorrow ill try finding it and see how it feels

Been there felt that. Believe me- it wont. Just get used to how your body responds.

Sorry k1ng29 I just got a chance to reply. If you are specifically targeting the tunica make your "A-Stretch" at the highest possible angle. As close to your stomach as possible with the shaft verticle to your body and the head pointed at the wall. This angle will train your tunica. When I am training for tunica I do a series of intense 60 second stretches in this position. When going with lower angles in the "A-Stretch" I recomend using the Blaster method if the goal is to hit the ligs.
