Optimum Pills Any Different from Rest?

OK, so it seems to me that all the pills out there are snake oil. Is this true?

Are these Optimum pills any different? I see them advertised here ...

I do not take any type of suppliment. But I would assume they have some benefits or no one would be using them. I think the main function of these PE Pills is an increased blood flow. Taking them by themselves, IMO, would not do too much. A good solid manual routine is the most important thing. Adding in suppliments may help. I use VIAGRA for some of my workouts and it enhances them. I am not sure if these pills would have the same effect. Do alot of research before you spend your money.
