View Full Version : A few weeks in!!! need help

I have been PE'ing for about 5 months now,1st 3 months i was only taking a supplement"Male Boost".Which i saw no results from.Now i am still taking a supplement "VP-RX"but now i am also doing manual exercises.I have been doing a 5 min hot wrap ,then i do streching,20 secs of each out,up,down,left,and right...i do 5 reps of these ...then i do about 200 to 300 wet jelqs ...then do a 5 min hot wrap ......My question is about my routine.Is it enough or do i need to add more to it? i have heard of ulis and some other kinds of techniques....should i start using something else too....? i have seen some gains in my girth and a little bit in length(very little in length Grrrrrrrrrr....)
Any help is very much appreciated ........................


I did the LOT test and it is about 7-8:00

Try this:

Do DLD blasters with the A-stretch once each day (50 reps per set) and every day. Then do 30 minutes of jelqing- but only do this for 5 days a week so you take two days off in between. Yes you will still be doing the DLD blasters on your jelq days off. Also kegel at least 100 times a day where you also get one hard kegel in for over a minute.

That's the routine that gave me gains and it's the routine I am going back to!
