Iīve jelqed and stretched manually from time to time (a couple of years now), and havenīt really gained a bit. Now Iīm considering buying a penimaster or some kind of an extender but itīs quite expensive so someone has to convince me before I buy it.

Is it really worth it?

if you have the time to commit to using it, go for it. BUt if you are only going to use it every so often it will be a huge disappointment.

I myself purchased the PeniMaster 3 months ago and used it for hours a day at first. But I slowly began using it less and less till now. I stopped using it for about a week. During the time of my using the PM I gained 1/4" but I had also been doing manual excerices so those gains may or may not have came from the PM.

Now I only use it to support my stretches. After I stretch I put it on for around 20 minutes then I take it off for ciruculation. Then I put it on again. I dont know if this answered your question or not but I hope it helps.

How much is the penismaster in American money? I see they only have the European Currency on the website.

Hi,

I've just bought a traction device from proextender to support my recent PE surgery, I thought I'd used this instead of weights, and I just want to know the total length of time per day (or an average) you use your device. I keep mine on for 30 - 45 mins, at maximum tension, release the pressure for circulation, and then put it on after an hour, for another 30 - 45 mins, then release and repeat later in the day. I don't know if this is enough--or too much, or how many months I should stick to the routine. It's only been a week for me so no results yet. So how long do you keep on a day?

Charlie

For guidelines, there's a free extender routine here: http://www.peforum.net/htm/devices.htm
