View Full Version : Proper Grip for Strecthing????????

Hello every1 ....Lurker coming out!!!!!!

My question is about my grip for strecthing......
not the a strecth or v ,but just pulllling
are you supposed to be using an ok sign to do your strecths as well as jelqs..........
i have been using my index finger and the finger next to it underneth the head kind of pointing at my balls and then the thumb lays over top of the head.......
or is strecthin - strecthing

i have been PEing for about 3 months and have had some decent girth gains ,but not alot in the length area ,thought maybe had somthing to do with my grip?here is my routine any help there is aslo appreciated......

no warm up (as of last week duy to a thread i read from rb said he doesnt do warmups )
then i do as many dld blasters as i can (about 40 or 50)
then i stretch up down left right out (10 secs a pull)
then i turn on the porn and do about 30-45 min of wet jelqing
all the way through the erection scale 10%- 95%

here are my half assed measurements i need to do some better measurements,and i have not set any goals yet,except to get as big as Doublelongdaddy (heheh yeah right)maybe ill try to get as big as this comb 1st lol

E L: 5.5

F B P: 4.25
E B P: 6.5

abit, whatever grip allows you to place maximum stretch and is the most comfortable is the one for you. Personally, I use an over hand grip, back of hand facing upwards, thumb underneath, with glans in the middle of the juncture between my middle and ring finger and hand. From your description, I'm having a hard time imagining your grip allowing you to pull with much force. Also, I use a section of white paper towel to enhance my grip, less slippage, though some use baby powder. If you have them or can get them, leather golf gloves work fantastic...

As far as the routine, I would concentrate all your stretching into downwards angles below your LOT until it hit's 7-6. At that time, I would switch to pulling straight out above your LOT, as well as straight up towards your chin.

Thanks for the advice about the stretches ,i will concentrate on the downwards stretches............

It seems that i am gettin a good tug with the grip i was using,but tonight i am goin to try the 1 you decsribed see how it feels

Didnt think that the grip was that big of a deal but thought i would ask just in case

Yeah, I grip pretty much how RB's describing.

Pretend you are pulling a rope where you grip with an OK sign right below your glans/head where it meets the shaft. Best time to stretch for me is after a hot shower (skin is loosened up and not oily so it's better for a grip overall).

I use baby powder for gripping help.

Even though this is probably the most effective stretch grip that I can think of- it is still a torture device for my poor glans/head. I have to take minute rests in between my stretch sets to let everything recover!
