Sorry I haven't been very talkative on this board in awhile... between being in a movie, moving to a different state, playing too much Ultima Online... I've only been able to take a look at posts, not respond to much though.
Anyway, to to point of the heading. I am frustrated about my PE situation.
Through my various routines I have used, I was at 8.00" EBPL around a year ago this time. Now I am around 8.15" EBPL. This could be due to off and on procedure that I am used to, and there for no real gains.
I also have a problem with girth. Throughout the 5 years that I have been peing (remember off and on, different routines, etc.) My measurements have stayed the same. Base is 6", midshaft is 4.8", upper part (circumsized area) 5.00". No change in any of these. One the the things that cuases the base girth to be so large is the skin from my testicles coming up during an erection... if i pull my balls down, or put a jelly ring around them, the base doesn't look so large, and the size measures to be around 5.5".
Now I have finallized my goals for PE. I want to have a 9" EBPL and as close to a 5.5" girth in the midshaft area... which is only asking for an increase of .85 in length, and .7 in girth. I'm not talking several inches, just enough to put me there. As soon as I reach these, I might refine my goals, but this is where I need help.
I need desperate help in finding the beset routine in order to reach these goals. I am willing to put in the time and effort to reach them.
So, I'm asking the major gain guru's here if they can help me put together a routine: stretching, jelqs, kegels, other and anything, how long, days on days off. I am going to be relentless until I reach my goal.
But I just need some help to get there... Like I said I'm frustrated that it feels like i've gotten no where in a year, and I'm now sure it was because I never stuck to any routine.
Please help.
