I've been using white paper towel for a grip aid for a long long time, the kind that comes on a roll like Bounty. Works well, is pretty cheap, no mess and easy disposal. What I've been doing is taking a full sheet and tearing it into four equal sections, so I'm left with 4 equal sized squares and using one square per session to strengthen my grip. I just found something that works even better.

Don't tear the towel. Simply fold it in half, then again in half. You are left with a square the same size as when you ripped it, but it is 4 times thicker. Use it and stretch away.

The additional grip is phenomenal, and you can use less gripping power making your forearms last much longer to hold a stretch with the same force. Really recommend this.

Okay, as of late events, i've started to think that all the pe i'm doing has been wrong... or atleast not what exactly right.

On the manual stretch, where are u suppose to feel the stretch. Or see the stretch.

When I grab below the head, and pull out, i feel no stretching sensation what so ever. It is also impossible for me to maintain a grip.

But when i grab mid shaft and pull, I can feel a definate stretch on the sides of my penis, as well as the upper part where the penis attaches to the body. Side affect of this method is that the skin that attaches from my balls to my penis also gets stretched... not attractive looking.

I don't know if I'm making sense, or doing it right or wrong or what...

So I hope someone can fill me in... and I know there have been several posts like this, so what can one more hurt?

I grasp below the glans. Where you feel the tension would depend on things like your LOT. I feel the tension on the top side of my penis, but not in the skin. If my LOT were lower, I would expect the tension to be better distributed throughout my penis. My LOT is 8:30 or a bit higher.

I've used toilet paper & baby powder as well - they both help a great deal.

I've always used baby powder, but recently I tried using a latex glove for my grip. The glove gets the "thumbs up" in terms of grip. The only drawback is you can't really feel your dick with your hand like in a normal baby-powdered stretch. Oh well.

Try the surgical style latex glove.
