View Full Version : Stretching Skin for Future Gains

Sometimes I get erections that are so tight that the skin virtually becomes maxed out (width wise) At one point my erections were so tight lengthwise too. I have a very simple 2 exercises that I do to help accommodate future gains.

DLD's Length Skin Stretching:
In a 100% erect state grab your penis at the extreme base using a tight OK grip. Slide your hand up over your glans bringing all the skin with you. Once skin is over glans (head) hold for 60 seconds. Regain maximum erection and repeat 5 times..

DLD's Girth and Width Skin Stretching:
In a completely flaccid state, starting just below the glans, grab skin on each side of penis using thumb and forefinger pinch. Both hands stretch skin away from penis. Remember you are only stretching the skin so do not take any inner penis with you when stretching. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds. Slowly work down the shaft in 1/2 inch increments until you reach the base.

Is that a good thing or bad? I mean if it is tight doesn't it give a better visual impression than if it had room to grow?

Skin is probably the easiest body part to length or enlarge (if you dont believe me look at those african tribes with the ear rings and such). I always thought that the skin would stretch along with the dick. Maybe not though...

So I am interested in getting more skin length wise. When erect and I pull my skin up I barely have enough to slightly go over my head. How much work would it take to make that skin go up to slightly over my glans? Any rough guesstament on the amount of time?

Very quick. I only do skin stretching at the most twice a year for maybe 2 weeks tops and I like to maintain exactly what you want. 2-3 weeks the first time should be ample.

Hey DLD I could use a little bit more clarification on the technique. I've been working on it for about a week and I've been doing the exercise @100% erect, but I've used the opposite of the ok grip and I've grabbed just behind the glans so I can pull some up over my glans. By the way I've gained a little more loose skin.

Reread and post and see you say grab at the extreme base with ok grip and pull out over the glans..

Well is my pinky supposed to pull some over the glans, b/c with the ok grip (index finger and thumb) I can only bring it out about an inch or little bit more.

Also I've noticed with the way I've been doing it that some little veins are getting pretty red right behind my glans. Maybe they are getting irrated. Should I be concerned of nerve damage there or anything?

Oh and one more thing I've noticed with this exercise that the center of my ball sack it stretched out with the under base of my penis. Will this cause my ball sack to hang lower? I really don't want that.
