View Full Version : Fear of Blood flow loss

I have been on a pretty basic routine for the past month. I can't really tell if there is a difference in gains or not, because I haven't measured. I'm really just going by eye. But here is something that I have noticed, is that my erections aren't getting as firm as they used to.
Compared to when I was 18 (prior to doing any sort of PE) my erection could shot straight up into the air and was hard as a rock. Now I'm maybe at a 75-90 degree erection, that is not hard.
I do kegels like 300-500 a day (in 2 second bursts) hopping to get better results, but alas, none.
It is getting pretty impossible to jelq now adays because I can't get enough blood into my penis to make a difference.
The only times I have good erections are in the monrnings (occasionally), and some times just out of no where... but never when I need one.
I think this is just a blood flow problem. I was wondering if anyone had any advice. I don't want to go the viagra route (to expensive even with the generic brands), and none of the PE pills have helped me either as far as increasing blood.
I think this is a main reason, why I'm not able to make any girth gains.
Any advice would be nice.
Thx

Do you smoke, drink, take any perscription meds, or illeagel drugs? Have you thought about taking simple things like Omega 3 capsules maybe?

I do smoke a bit, but have cut back and almost to the point of quitting. I drink but only on ocassion, nothing like an everyday sort of thing.
I take an anti-depresant called celexa.
I don't do any illegal drugs.
Never heard of omega 3, what is that?

Yes they can! I am on a very high dose of Prozac and another medication called Serequel. These drugs are notorious for messing with erections and labido. It is really a learning curve that requires much patients. If the mood is right and I am notting bugging out over the meds I can get a good erection. If this does not solve the issue there is always VIAGRA.

For anyone who knows about Celexa, they know it's a more powerful form of Prozac... and I'm on about 40mgs of it. A normal dose is 10mgs I think.
However my doctor says I should be able to cut back, and slowly begin to stop using it. I should say that I don't use it for depression, but as an anger management tool that I was put on when I turned 18.
I guess I could start cutting my dosage in half, (as my doctor said he wanted me to do), and start seeing how that works.
And I don't want to go the viagra route, because of two things: money and I'm too young to be suffering from this now!!!
But thank you for your help guys, keep bring it on.

Omega Three is in Fish Oil Caplets or real food. It is really good for you. It helps a bit with depression, does good things for the heart and circulation, and acts as an anti-ulcerative agent in the intestines. I take it mainly for that reason.
I heard welbrutin or however you say it, is a good anti-depressent that doesn't fuck with your dick.

You want to pay attention to the nuero transmitters as a grup and then seperate definitions for them. Your SSRI drugs work off seratonon. Also look at the 5-HTP post in the thread.

I took a look at the fact that my celexa rises the seratonin levels in me for me. Interesting stuff.
Looking at a website that talks about celexa said that some of the small side effects of using it were some things that I haven't experienced except for two: loss of ejaculation, and erection weakness. They used a differnent term to describe it, but I can say that this is what is effecting me.
So I'll take a look at the omega 3, and start reducing my intake of celexa.
I appreciate the help TT.
Any more advice from anyone, please post. Thanks
