Sitting back and hanging 15lbs. 3 sets of 15 min 5 days a week.

After hanging, I can stretch to over 6 1/2". Almost 6 3/4. But hours later when I check size from an erection, I am barely 6 1/4" and that is major bone pressing. Is this normal? How long until I start seeing size with an erection and not just from stretching?

I started out at 5" and now I am at 6 1/4" but have been there about 6 months now.

That is a hard question to answer. During my hanging career, my FSBPL would sometimes be as much as 1.5 inches longer than my erect length. Both would continue to go up together, but the flaccid stretch would always be much longer.

It sounds as if you are more than ready for more stress. Fifteen pounds is a good amount of weight, but at 45 minutes per day, five days per week, that is only 3.75 hours of actual hang time per week. About the minimum hang time for reasonable gains is five hours per week. Most guys do ten hours per week at least. Is this because of a lack of privacy time? Do you have other things you could be doing while hanging to stretch the amount of time you can hang?

Also, what is your LOT, and at what angles have you been hanging? What about fatigue? Are you reaching fatigue at 45 minutes per day? How much actual time are you spending hanging in the fatigued state?

Answer these questions, and maybe we can get you back on the gaining trail.

My lot is around 10. I am hanging straight down leaning back.
And do you recommend 3 sets of 20 min? Or maybe 4 sets of 15?

Thanks.
