Hi, i'm looking to work on my length and girth. was wondering if anyone could suggest me a list of good exercises to do... i've been gone for a while, i used to do: warm up for 5 min, follow by manual stretching, 3 stretches for forward, left and right side, after this i do jelqs til i can't go on anymore, follow by wearing a cock ring for a couple of minutes(but then i start seeing red viens on my penis, how tight should the ring be and how long should i wear it after a jelq session)..... i also used to do ulis for head size when my penis was more in shape... by sliding an ok grip from base to the bottom of the head and then squeeze with the whole hand until the head is enlarged. WHat do you guys think about this routine? or are there any other more effective routines out now that i am not aware of :)

also i just purchased a bib starter for hanging, could anyone tell me what length of wrap i'll need, how to wrap it, and hang properly? and how do you keep your penis flacid during wrapping and hanging. how long/how often/and how much weight should i hang to make gain.... also should i hang before i jelq and stretch or should i do this afterwards? if i do it afterwards it'll probably be easier since my penis will be so worked out already that it will be easier to wrap and hang because it will be harder to get an erection? does that sound right?

also, my penis curves down a little, and i'm looking forward in making my penis' base go lower and have the penis curve up, what should i do about this?

i want to get some supplements that will help with the whole pe process... i hear L-arginine is good for bloodflow and zinc is also good for overall health? is this truth and are they worth the money, and are there anything else i should look into.

also, what are some safe products that'll make me hornier? hornygoatweed? and what product will make my cum load bigger/thicker/whiter/ ? is arginmax any good?

also, did this board get moved somewhere before? 'cuz i remember at one time this board had green colors for the forum.

thanks in advance

Glober,

>also i just purchased a bib starter for hanging, could anyone tell me what length of wrap i'll need, how to wrap it, and hang properly?<

Well, you should have received a notification email about how to cut the Theraband, length and width. Then, there is a wrapping thread at the top of the hangers section at Thunders, and a wrapping movie in the tutorials section.

As far as hanging properly, be sure to read the product guide on the BibHanger website.

>and how do you keep your penis flacid during wrapping and hanging.<

After a while, your penis will get used to the wrapping and realize it is time for work rather than play. Just wrap, then let any erection subside, then squeeze any excess blood out of the head, then attach the hanger.

>how long/how often/and how much weight should i hang to make gain.... <

Check out the hanging 101 thread in the hangers section at Thunders.

>also should i hang before i jelq and stretch or should i do this afterwards?<

Always hang before doing any girth work, or anything that might irritate the shaft.

>if i do it afterwards it'll probably be easier since my penis will be so worked out already that it will be easier to wrap and hang because it will be harder to get an erection? does that sound right?<

No.

Glober,

There are risks in any type of PE. Hanging probably less than anything else though.

Dance did not hurt himself hanging, he hurt himself....dancing.

Read the Bib Hanger page on his site. Then reread it a half dozen times. It really takes a while to get the feel in your head for anything. It took me close to eight readings going WTF untill it sunk in for me.

Wrapping is a real pain to get down in the beginning. But well worth it. Be patient on this part. It is very easy to get frustrated here. So baby steps and all will be cool.

You have only one penis, so no cock stunts while hanging. Just take it SLOW in the begiining and everything will be ok.
