Have you noticed an increase or decrease in erection strength as a result of doing:-
1. Kegel's??
2. Stetches ??
3. Jelqing ??
I am trying to improve mine and don't always get time for a complete PE session, however I can do kegels every day.
If you have experienced a change, what % was it?
