ok, i know thats a bold title for a thread but i'm looking for as comprehensive a feedback as i can get from anyone who's tried any kind of supplement. i'm sure this has been done before and i'm probably out of line doing this as a relative newbie but i'm wanting to make sure that i'm not overdoing it with supplements. or, if i'm not doing enough.
i'd like to hear from anyone who's had success with any of the supplements i've listed below. if you have any other supplements you'd suggest i'd love to hear about'em and if you have any suggestions on the amounts i'm taking, i'll welcome that as well.
lecithin - 1200mg - 3 in the morning, 3 in the evening
gingko biloba - 40mg - 1 a day
saw palmetto - 450mg - 1 a day
l-arginine - 500mg - 1 a day
maca - 500mg - 2 in the morning, 1 in the evening
zinc - 50mg - 1 a day
fish oil - 1000mg - 1 a day
thanks again to anyone who can assist with my gains. btw, these supplements are being taken in conjuction with a regular PE exercise routine.
