Let me say first offI that you should ABSOLUTELY be taking ginkgo biloba (standardized extract) every day. It was proven beyond doubt to help with erections (as it helps with all circulation). The research grew out of an accident; they were testing it for use in fighting depression in old guys, when they reported a higher incidence of erections in guys who had lost the ability. I myself am on an antidepressant that kills libido and erections, and ginckgo alone (200 mg a day) completely reverses this - and is recommended by shrinks to people on antidepressants.

After reading many posts here, I went out and bought:

Lysine
Lecithin
Horny Goat Weed
L-Arginine

I have had SUPERB boners since then. These, plus ginkgo - a killer combination for popping boners all day long. And some of these, apparently, will give me much bigger loads pretty soon here.

I've never given Ginko a try, but I think I will. A lot of guys don't realize that many of these supps can be found at Wal-Mart and K-Mart. I can purchase L-Arginine and Horny Goat Weed (called Super Goat Weed at Wal-Mart) at Wal-Mart for less than $5 a bottle. I've seen lecithin and Lysine there as well. Ginko comes in massive containers there, and I'll definitely give it a try. I think people believe they have to buy the super expensive stuff at GNC, etc. and really miss out on some of the benefits.

What benefits have you seen with the Lecithin and Lysine?
