To keep it simple post:

My results:

1. 2 months and 3 weeks (excluding 1 month adaptation period + holiday)

2. 9 hours per day

3. EL:1 cm (0.39") EG:0.5cm (0.2")

4. 10mins manual stretches before wearing the extender, 20-30 mins dry jelqs, edging 3-5 times whenever I have time. I hang 1.5kg off the edge of my bed then attatch it to a latex weight hanging sleeve when I need to sleep.

5. Andro-Penis (penistretcher) modified to accept latex weight hanging sleeve.

1. 7.5 months
2. 7 hours
3. EL: 2cm, EG: 0.2cm
4. up to 3 10min manual stretches per day.

Slow results but it IS growing (now 21cm or 8.25 inches EL)

1. PEROID - 12 months
2. WEARING TIME - 4-9hours
3. TOTAL GROWTH - EL: 3cm 1.2" EG: 0.1"
4. OTHER EXERCISES - Maual stretches 5-10mins, 1-3 times per day, 20mins powerjelq 3-4 times per week
5. DEVICE USED - Andro-Penis (penistretcher) modified to accept latex weight hanging sleeve, Powerjelq device.

Tried taking Actigain pills during 2 months to speed things up. They didn't give conclusive results so I've stopped taking them

Any advice to speed things up would be welcome, I'm averaging 2.5mm (0.2") growth per month.
4-5mm per month would be great.
