Hi everyone, I found this forum about a month ago and have been doing pe for a little more than a month. I started out slow as recommended and have worked up to my surrent routine of:
3 minutes of stretching
20 minutes of jelq
pretty basic, I know, although I have gained almost half an inch in length (6in bp to 6.5in bp) which I am quite happy with. Girth is basically the same (and I would like to improve on my girth).
I would really appriciate advice on what to add to my routine. Thanks in advance.

1) Your routine is static. if you keep doing the same thing over and over again, your penis doesn't need to adapt.
2) Your volume of work is a bit high. Also, you're going by the clock instead of counting repetitions. There's less accuracy in tracking your workouts that way. Check out the member's area of http://www.forsize.com for reference.
3) You should do your length work after your girth work. Intense stretches temporarily exhaust the penile tissues in a way that makes it difficult to do any sort of a decent girth workout immediately after.

Thanks for the response Big Al, I have switched to doing my stetching last and am going to consider joining your site for the purpose of diversifying my routine with more exercises. In the meantime, what are one or two exercises that you (or anyone else) would recommend I try?

You can check out the "jelq free" and "length/girth" routines in the ForSize member's area. LMK what you think of them.

Yes- you need to try and force a little progress each workout. Don't keep the rep scheme static. If you did 50 squeezes one workout, try for 51 or 52 squeezes the next; or try and squeeze a little harder.

Stretch marks are usually a sign of growth, but they can also come from too much stress on the skin. Measure every couple of weeks or so to ensure that you're really making gains.
