Well, last week i got a 4 month supply of vig-rx. I'm not going to do any pe. I'm going to pump 2-3 times a week and just take vig-rx. maybe on the 4th month i'll use pe depending on my results after 3 months. right now i'm 6 3/4 bp. i'll give my results after 1 months and months there after.

I would strongly suggest trying to do some PE workouts along with taking the pills. Most that have tried just pills wind up with less results than they had originally hoped for. Pills mixed with PE exercises, however, have shown to have some good results.

Also with my order i received a bottle of semenax. it increases sperm. after taking it for a week me and my girl had sex and she said she could feel my come in her and that it was warm. I did feel like i had cum a lot more then usually. not sure if it's the semenax or vigrx or a combinatoin of both. but something there works.
