The JES and several of the other stretchers are actually made by the same manufacturer. All of them are pretty good.

For a really good and inexpensive stretcher, check out http://www.proextender.com/clicks/clickthrough.html?a=peforum3

I have the PeniMaster. It was the least expensive of the spring-loaded extenders on market when I bought it. But from the looks of it, it may be the best as I tend to believe the attachment piece (where it wraps around the base of the head) is superior to the rubber noose straps in comfort and also distributing the pull to larger area of the penis. I don't like the idea of the noose. other than that difference, it looks like these stretchers are practically same in design and concept.

As for the question, "does it work?" Well, it will not pull the ligs. But it will stretch your fulcrum over time. You can screw in longer tubes as your flaccid penis stretches to new lengths over time. As for erect, the stretch results are less noticeable. It's probably more affected by the ligs. But it does work!

hey Manki,

how long have you used penimaster? have you noticed gains? The stretchers claim to increase in length and girth. The Real Question is Do These Stetchers Work, like The company that sells this particular product say they do?
