I believe my LOT is at about 7 and at times i can see a *SLIGHT* tugback at six. (strait to the ground) is this a good sign for a beginning stretcher? does this mean i have the potential for large gains, or is it just the opposite?

It is not good or bad. It means that you should concentrate on working at the upper angles, from SO too OTS, or Straight up. Over time, this should give you tunica gains, both inner and outer, and cause your LOT to rise. When your LOT goes up somewhat, you can work on the lower angles to make gains from lig stretch.

It does not really speak to the amount of gain potential you have. That is probably unlimited, if you are dedicated. It MIGHT speak to the ease with which you can make you first gains, the newbie gains. They might not come quite as quickly.
Good luck,

Sorry for the delay. Back from the holidays.
SO is the straight out hanging angle. OTS is the over the shoulder hanging angle.

scarecrow,if you have read the forums there is no true theory that the lot is accurate.people still have gains with low lot.the theory is if you feel no tugback like at 6 0clock,you then would do your stretches at 9 and above.if it is at 12,you stretch at 6.hope i have informed you better.
