A word of caution to anyone contemplating buying any CTC products. It has been my most recent experience to have dealings with this company that I’ve found most unsatisfactory. It may well be that as I’m in the UK and the company is in the States that Mr Chris Feeney feels he can exploit the situation, now that he has my money. The saga is too long winded for me to go into a full explanation here; giving transcripts of correspondence etc., but suffice to say I found the guy to be as slippery as a bag of eels! It’s my opinion, therefore, that irrespective of where you come form, you'll have a job on your hands getting recompense, or even an apology if for any reason you are unsatisfied in any way with whatever you purchase from him.
As a consequence, my own situation has lead me to notifying the appropriate authority in the States.
