That's some weight!

Perhaps you'll get more input if you gave some more details about your regimen and the progress that you're making.

Fair enough!
I pyramid hang 6 on 1 off with 19 pounds down to 10 pounds. I hang for 1 hour straight. I have gained 1/2" bone-pressed length in the past 4 months, and a total of 1 1/4" length over the last 3 years using manual and mechanical practices.

Crashex, I have one of these devices and am having probs with too much head pressure accumulating to hang 10lbs or greater. Looking at your pix, it appears that you are using the sheathing a little differently than just wrapping 50% of it around the outside of the tube and 50% on the shaft. Almost looks like you've got some sheathing inside the tube. Wassup? Any tips? I've also used (2) sheaths at the same time on the outside.

Crashex, I'm using a sheath around the shaft now and then putting it in the tube; then using the other sheath around the outside of the tube and hanging. It all fits better and seems to hold the weight w/o the sheaths tearing. However, I still have the head exposedd in the tube. I'm using Vaseline on it, and the cotton swab at the top of the tube provides decent cushion...But, the tip of the head is really pinching and hurts at 10lbs or greater. Your pix show that you are exposed (I think) in the head. Any hints? Can I cover the head with anything w/o losing vacuum? I really like the device, otherwise.

I'm assuming you are using the malebridge model. Here's how you hang the big weights. Stack the blue sheaths, meaning put 2-3 together. Insert the sheaths 1/4 to 1/2 the length of the sheaths in the cylinder. Drape the remainder over the cylinder. Insert your penis with vacuum. Make sure you have cotton at the end of the chamber to pad the glans. Insert your penis until the glans contact the cotton. Using your hands, move the cylinder back and forth increasing, or decresing vacuum, until the cylinder does not slide at all over the penis, and you get an extreme lock. Now take the outer layer sheath, and pull it over the penis, leaving the first sheath stack draped over the cylinder. This creates an unbreakable grip. I've maxed out at 26 pounds (all I could take!), using these methods. I will have a complete image tutorial on my Website mynewsize.com.
Later BTC (crashhex).

Yes, I am using that model. No, they didn't show me this. And yes, it is a lot more comfortable. Looking fwd to your website. Obviously, putting more sheathing inside the tube makes it tighter and increases the possibility that you may need the next size up in tubing.

Big thanks.
