Super Goat Weed/MacaPure

I didn't want to wait for shipping to get maca, so I looked at every health, grocery, and seemingly other store around and found a 90ct. Super Goat Weed pills w/ 300mg of MacaPure (standardized with the 0.6% of whatever) and 500mg of horny goat weed each. I've been doing 6 of them for two days; any idea if that's a good amount, 1800mg of maca and 3000mg of HGW? What types of effect would that have and how long does maca take to work? I'm also taking 50mg Zinc, 3600mg lecithin, 1000mg l-arginine, and 1000mg l-lysine a day.

Try taking one supplement at a time at first, and start with low dosages. Up the dosage and add other supplements after awhile, and make sure that you note all of the changes.
