Dances routine (stretch, jelq, squeezes, flexing, & pump):

I start with a hot wrap of a few minutes. Then I manually stretch. My new method is to pull strait and hold for 45 seconds, then left, up, and right for 30 seconds, then I pull down for 45 seconds. I repeat this cycle for a second time. Then I pull strait and down two more sets of 45 seconds and then left, up, right, and down and strait. On the strait pulls I flex the pc and then slowly release it. Then I switch to an ok position at the base and grab the head and stretch for 30 seconds a few times so it stretches shaft instead of the ligaments. I then get partially erect and use an ok position at the base and pull in the direction of the erection as well as pull at the head. I do this a couple of times.
Then a minute of hot wrap and get an erection and flex the pc and let the erection subside and begin jelqing. For the first 5 minutes I jelq at a speed of about one second and then slow down to 2-3 second and then begin to power jelq by flexing the pc and totally enclosing the penis with the ok position and doing very slow jelqs of about 5 seconds. I really get the expansion going at this point. Then after 30 minutes I change the lube from Curel lotion to baby oil with aloe and vitamin E. This helps me maintain more of an erection by more of a masturbation movement so I don't overdo it or injure my penis by jelqing with too much of an erection. I get more erect than the jelqing, flex the pc and grab the penis at the base with an ok position and then with the other hand squeeze quickly up and down the shaft with an ok position. I then reverse the position of the hand at the base, flex the pc and trap the blood in the penis, and then using the middle, fourth and pinky finger flex for one second intervals 20 times.
I repeat these squeezes and ulies 5 times and them pump for 10 minutes at 5 psi. I remove my penis, massage, get erect again and pump a second time for 10 minutes also at 5 psi. I then do a hot wrap for a few minutes and flex my pc. I do 4 sets of 50 quick flexes. Then I do flex in increasing increments of about 4 until I totally am flexing as hard as possible and hold for 10 seconds and then release the same way. I do this 5 times and then do long slow squeezes and hold at the maximum for 10 seconds and slowly release. I Then finish with 50 quick squeezes.

Wow much has changed since then lol. I thought it would be nice to update this for the record. I tried this routine and variations of it for 8 months. In that time I got no gain in length whatsoever and only 1/8 in girth. I then switched to hanging. I was all messed up hanging improperly and with bad materials for several months before getting proper instruction and materials. Then finally I got a new bib a few months ago. I also stopped jelqing since it did basically nothing for me either. I do very very intense long ulies. I hang about 5 sets (sometimes less and other times more). Then at night I do the ulies and a tiny bit of jelqing just to restore circulation. I hang about 5 days a week and on the 5th and 6th day I do very heavy all day ulies. Then I take off on the 7th day. This all changes if I really feel I need rest.
