OK..........here we go again.

I measured this morning and I am very happy to say that I have lost 1/16" length in the last year of no PE. (almost nothing) and I have actually gained 1/8" in girth!! (woo woo)

I stand at:
6 15/16" lenght (BP)
5 5/8" girth (at thickest point, which for me is mid shaft)

I'm looking to reach (aprox) 8" X 6+"........

I have been light jelqing for the last 5 days. (only 10-15min lightly)

I haven't planned out a my new routine yet, but I will increase the jelqing intensity and time as I get use to it again. I will also add "squeezing", I.E. Uli's. I plan to do some hanging as well. I will start that next week.

I will keep a running post of progress.

Sean, just to play it safe, I'd start anew as if this were your first time trying PE. Of course you'll be prepare with knowledge now and not wandering aimlessly.

Good to have you back, we've all heard about you. What were your starting measurements when you began PE the first time?

6 15/16"? Oh come on, if you press really hard with the ruler I'm sure you can make it to 7! Just kidding, I actually measure by 1/8's but round down unless it's a solid 1/8.

started at 6"length X 4.75"girth.........I didn't want to give myself that 7" credit when I was a hair short.

I started hanging again over the last few days...........started at 5lbs for 2 10min sessions just to get use to it again.

I have been Jelqing, and doing uli's (w/ bag balm) for 15-20min every other day. I have been increasing intensity slowly over the last 2 weeks to let my penis get use to it. The flaccid gains have already come. I am hanging much bigger. I have just started hanging again. 5lbs for several 10min sessions on my days off from jelqing.

I will keep posting as things change.

Got a Bib hanger and started using it. I love this hanger. I am starting light (6lbs) and it is sooo comfortable. I did 2 20min sessions today. I will try to include more if I can make the time.

Jelqing 1day on/ 1day off.......100 reps, 3-5sec each.....hard intensity. + 3-5 (hard) Uli's.

Hanging on off days......6lbs 2 20min sessions. (hopefully I will add more)

What was your old routine. The one where you gained 3/4 in girth? I am still working on a significant midshaft gain.

Here it is

A.M. >
Warm up - 10-15min w/ heating pad.
Hanging 3 X 20min sessions with up to 15lbs. W/ 10ming breaks w/ heating pad. (this took 1.5hours)
jelqing hard & slow for 30-60min. (w/ lube)
(on some days) Pumping 20-30min.
Hot shower

During day >
10 sec hand stretches everytime I used the bathroom.

P.M. >
Repeat A.M. routine.

for the first 3 months I did this every day and made NO gains! Then I began to do this 3-4 days on 1 day off. I Over the next 3 months I gained 1" length X 3/4" girth, then the gains stopped. I believe that this was still too much and that I should have cut the work out down even more.

Here is my newest revision on my routine:

4 days on, 1 day off.

day 1 & 3:
Warm up w/ heating pad, 10min
Hang Xlbs (right now 10lbs) for 3-4 20min sessions. 5-10min break in between w/ heating pad. I do my hanging standing, but I vary possitions and I "swing" the weight. (in a VERY controlled manner)

day 2 & 4
10min warm up w/ heating pad. Jelq & Uli 30min. I just got my Power Jelq in the mail and I am still on the "learning-curve", but I will get the hang of it. I use a bag balm and alboline mixture to jelq. I also do 5 -10 Uli's (10 1-2sec squeezes per uli).

I always do hand stretches when I go to the bathroom

I am taking Yohimbe, zinc and vitamin E as supplements.

My hopes are high. I'll be measuring at the end of the month.

Just a comment on the bib hanger.

I am up to 11.25lbs. I am getting some serious "soreness". This is very similar to muscle soreness, from mid-shaft all the way to were my penis goes into my body.....as well as the ligs. I have never had this much soreness before........I'm hoping that this is very good sign.....

I'm doing 4 sets of 20min every other day.

new measurements:
Length - (E BP) 7 1/16" <1/8" gain>
Girth - (E) 5 7/8" <3/8" gain>

Hey Guys,

It has been quite a while since my last post. I haven’t done any PE for aprox 2yrs and haven’t lost any size. (currently I am just over 7” BP X just a hair under 6”)

Well my life is very different now, compared to how it was when I was doing PE. I am now living with a wonderful woman and her 3yr old daughter. I am very happy.

My woman and I have a wonderful sex life. (which is a far cry from the my past marriage, where I would go for 2-3months without sex and then when I did have sex it always ended up in an argument………long story) I now have sex 2-3 times a week, and it is great.

We have been together for over 2 years now, and when we began dating I was doing PE. (***SIDE NOTE – I dated this woman back when I was 17years old, I actually lost my virginity to her. Back then my Penis was 1” shorter and aprox .75” slimmer. When we began having sex she immediately asked me “What happened? I don’t remember you being this big.” I was on top of the world when she said this.) I told her about PE and she didn’t like the idea. **She is a very small woman and 7” is, at times, a bit too much. BUT, girth is not an issue.** I stopped at her request almost 2 years ago.

For the last few months I have been getting the PE itch again. I want to start up a new routine, but I have a problem. I DON’T want to gain much more length, and I can’t have too much “discoloration” that is an obvious sign of PE. She is often in VERY close contact with my penis and would definitely notice if I had the usual red dots or bruising that is associated with PE.

I have recently order some generic Viagra and am waiting for it to come in. I am planning on starting up a girth routine sometime in the next 4 weeks.

In the past my goal was 8" X 6+"

I would still love to reach that goal for my own reasons, but 8" won't work for my girl friend. I guess I'll have to keep it around 7"

So my new goal is <disappointed sigh> 7" X <evil grin> 7".
