Hey just thought I would share this information with you guys. Here is a good healthy meal plan I came across.

Meal 1 Oatmeal, Six Egg whites, banana 2 cups of water

Meal 2 Tuna Sandwich and 2 cups of water

Meal 3 Tuna sandwich apple, orange, fat-free pudding or nutri-grain bar and 2 cups of water

Meal 4 Protein Shake (whatever you perfer)

Meal 5 Baked Chicken breast, white rice, salad and 2 cups of water

Meal 6 Protein Shake

Try this if you are wanting to loose some weight or get that rock hard body..
