bassman - in brief, what do you do in your 20-minute routine? what have your girth gains been?

Since time is a premium for me, I need to keep my routine brief. However I am consistent and stay true to my workouts. I am now adding more rest time because I now think its vital to growth. As far as my stats, I have been concentrating on length and when I have a firm 7 inches, then I will swap over to increase girth. I have been PEing for @ 16 months now. Started at less than 5.5 BP and now slightly under 7. I never measured girth when I first started, but diffently gained over .5.
Thanks for bring this up, I have been meaning to write something in the Routine section, maybe this will be good enough, what do you think? In brief listed below is my twenty minutes workout.
First 5 minutes:
Start out slow doing stretches (usually in the downward direction, left-center-right).
Continue to increase pull (with V stretch) to full strength untill the 5 minutes have elapsed.
15 minutes Jelq:
Using OK grip, palms down I start at the base, squeeze and then pull outward (first 5 min)
Continue using the OK grip and squeeze like performing a Uli and hold, then continue the Jelq follow through (second 5 min). This really starts to build pressure and really starts the expansion process.
Finish up by using 2 hand intense Jelq pulls (4 min) and I mean INTENSE.
Last minute squeezes. Place one hand at the base trapping blood in member, then with the other hand just behind the head, squeeze both hand toward each other and hold. This will show you instant results, however in time it will settle down (DAWN).
Note: When I'm working on the road this workout lasts for @ 45 minutes.
In the evening on workout days when I 'm home, I always perform Fow Butt Stretches.
