I have tried many things relating PE'ing in the last weeks, as I was a newbie. Now, with some experience, I put a program together that seems to work good for me. I didn't measure yet, but I hope and I think there will be some gains.

Beside the "program" lower down I perform manual stretches everytime on the toilet or in the shower.

My program is as follows, 5 - 6 days a week:

1. Manual jelquing
15 - 30 minutes
Nothing to say about this. I am thinking to add some power jelquing.

2. Squeezing
20 - 30 minutes
Squeezing seems to work very good for me. I have 2 versions of squeezing. Both with erected penis.
a) Perform a strong kegel and grab the penis a bit behind the head, trapping the blood in the head. Performing 2 - 3 more strong kegels while releasing the grip a bit every time during the kegel to let even more blood into the head. The head is big, dark and hard then. Holding the grip about 10 - 20 seconds, then releasing and slapping the penis to the legs to restore circulation.
b) After massaging the penis to full erection (but not "rock hard"), perform a strong kegel and grab the penis at the base, so trapping the blood in the whole penis. Sliding the hand with an OK grip towards the head, forcing the blood into the head. The head is big, dark and hard then. Keep holding that grip and perform another strong kegel, then grab the penis at the base with the other hand, trapping additional blood in the shaft. Then releasing the hand behind the head. The head still stays big, dark and hard, the shaft is very thick and the veins are coming out, giving the shaft a very muscular look. Hold the grip at the base for apprx 15 - 30 secs, then release and slap the penis to the legs to restore circulation.

The jelquing should give some gains in length, if this will not work for me within some months, I think I will try the BIB hanger.

The squeezing should give good gains in girth, my penis looks fantastic after the workout and I hope this will be permanent soon.

I have the squeezing routine from someone else's post here on the board, just can't remember the name now.

Be cautious, maybe dont hold the grips too long when starting (only a few seconds). I am doing this for a week now and havent had any injury. Warm up before the work-out!

I will keep you informed if and how these routines work.

Holy shit, time flies. Is it really SIX YEARS since my last post here???

Anyway, unfortunately I was very busy with my company in the last years. I never forgot PE, but never had the time to actually perform it.

So, a few weeks ago I ordered a PeniMaster (http://www.penis/English/). I liked the idea of PE'ing while working. I didn't order it from the direct site, but from some online store, because it was much cheaper there. Unfortunately they sent me no PeniMaster, but an AndroPenis (http://www.andropenis.com/). I didn't send it back, because it looked good to me.

I tried the AndroPenis device for some days, but always had problems with attaching the device. My penis has a very small head when flaccid, so after some time the head always slipped out.

For this reason, some weeks later I ordered an original PeniMaster on ebay. The part that holds the head of the penis looked better to me. But again I had big problems with attaching the device to my penis. I ALWAYS clamped my skin in the device. I tried it about 20 times then I let it be (does anyone need a brand new PeniMaster device, used only once, for a good price???)

I tried AndroPenis again, and this time it worked fine - it seems that somehow you just have to attach the unit several times to find out how it is easiest for you. Before closing the band I always pump a little blood in the head of my penis, so the head gets bigger and that prevents it from slipping out, because at least a part of the blood stays in the head when the band is closed.

I am using AndroPenis for three days now and it works really fine once you get used to it.

The device really works even in normal live, it cannot be seen from other people when wearing normal trousers and a pullover. This is good because so I am able to wear it usually 5 - 6 hours a day.

I often tried different variations of PE and always failed. But my wish for a bigger penis is still there and THIS TIME I WILL MAKE IT.

Those stretchers are, in my opinion, really the easiest way of PE ... IF THEY WORK. As I started only three days ago, I don't have any experience, but I believe in AndroPenis. I will keep you updated in my progress report here on the forum.

What have been your measurements since the begginning to now..or more specifically after the first six months of PE?

Well, I started PE several times over the last 6 years, but never did perform it longer than 2 or 3 weeks. So I had gains only in the millimetres area - and they vanished of course.

This time, with the stretcher, I am already PE'ing for almost 4 weeks now, new record! ;-)

And I am addicted this time. I really get a bad conscience when I don't use the strecher one day - and that is good :-)

Wearing the stretcher works really well now, and the head of my penis doesn't slip out of the band anymore. I think that the "edge" of the head got a bit bigger already, so it doesn't slip out anymore. Not sure if this is possible, but I think so.

I am planning on measuring once each month. So the first measurement will be in a few days. I don't expect any gains for the first month because this was the familiarization phase that started with not much stretching. I had to add 0.5 cm (0.2") to the device every week.

I started with a length of 8 cm flaccid (~3.1") and 15.5 cm erected (~6.1"). The length of the AndroPenis device was 11 cm (~4.3") at the beginning, now I am at 12 cm (~4.7"). Tomorrow I will add another 0.5 cm so the device will have a length of 12.5 cm (~4.9").

I also took photos flaccid and erected and I hope in a few months I can see a difference.

Are yo uusing the device as well as a manual program?

At the moment I am using only the device, due to time reasons. I am planning on extending to manual exercises as well if my time should allow that.
