No time for manual exer.. Get a device to add girth?

I dont have the time to sit and do this by hand, so is there a device that would help add more girth? Not that i'm small but extra something would always be nice :) Is the extender pro sufficient for such a task, or is it better for adding lenght?

P.S. I just read some good things aobut Size Genetics, and X4 labs device. It was rated higher then the pro extender. Any comments?
