my penis isnt working

well, actually, i don't remember a time in which it was

the thing is, i do get an erection, but i think it's weak.

having seen guys in porn clips, I've seen that their penises when erect, they tend to be perpendicular to their feet, some even have their penis even more erect and they have the penis pointing upwards...

my problem is... my penis does not do this, it does get blood and grow, but it points downwards... and the erections I get are quite weak, the tissue is not very tight, it's like a feeling that I could have it much better

I am 19 years old.. and don't know why I have this condition...

should I try things like viagra?
can it be because of poor blood circulation? I've got this on my hands on the time.. could it be related?

are there any natural methods for this stuff?
