I'm surprised Pan didn't post his technique here. I hope I've done him justice. This is how I do it.

With a full erection, I squeeze off the base of the penis as close to the body as possible, classic ok grip, palm forward. I then move up to the edge of a counter top, and place body weight on top of my dick with the hand still squeezing off the base, then place the second hand, either palm down or edge of hand on top of the rest of my exposed dick and press down.

I have worked up to the point where I can put my full body weight on my hands and really feel the sides and head forcing out. This works better on a lower counter so that you can do it with straighter arms, for more force. I believe this exercise is quickly stretching more girth without any ill effects or bruising.

After I regain a full hardon after 30-45 seconds of this press, I see more width and thickness. Hope it keeps building.
