I have been doing PE for about six months now. I take pro solution pills once a day. I used to be a part of a different forum and I picked up my routine from there. Theses two forums have different information and preferences. With my program I have gained 1" x1" in about six months. Heres what it is:
I start out with stretching in the shower. I do a 15 second stretch with 10 seconds of stretch while flexing my PC muscle. I do 5 sets of these 5 ways, straight, up, down, left, right.
Then I do a jelq at 90 percent erect for 7-8 minutes.
Then I do what a previous forum called the "supra slammer" I do 2 sets of 10. WoW! After this stretch you can feel the muscles in your penis have been worked. I account my gains in size and sexual stamina mainly to this stretch.
THe "supra slammer" is done by masturbating almost to orgasm then stop and hold the base of the penis for 10-15 sec. Then slow jelq to the bottom of the glands for 10-15 sec while flexing PC. Then hold at bottom of glands for 10-15 sec while quick pumping the PC muscle.
