SS4Jelq

I just realised that I have never posted my routine. Well here it is, comments and questions welcomed...
Exercise - Jelq
Duration - 45-60min
frequency - 2 on 1 off
Thats it. This is the classic beginners routine most people have tried gained from. After nearly 2 years without a gain I have started from scratch so to speak. This is certainly an easy routine and the least time consuming one I have ever done, I can easily fit it in, all I need is 1hr at home on my own to do it.
I have noticed (massive PE revelation here!) that after a jelq session the penis becomes pumped up (with blood) and that it is this, "blood", entering the penis that is what causes gains. More blood, more expansion, more pump, more gains. Sounds about right to me, so i have been looking into ways to increase the blood flow via a pre PE routine. I have had some great sessions from them so far, I need a few more weeks to test them before I post in GD.
Also drawing up plans for a future PE program which might work (but prolly not). Again, post later when I get time to think about it.
So you see my plan is to go with a proven routine and use my brain to think of ways to improve it.
