This question is for anyone that uses the ProExtender. I seem to have lots of pain when I use it which I gather is not right. I don't have the pain right away but after about an hour or so it gets very painful. My head gets very swollen in the skin and it is all red and painful and the skin almost bubbles. It would seem that the strap that holds it in place is causing this. I also am using the foam piece which helps but not much. I have a rather large head and I am not sure if that is the cause of this or not. I just can't see any way in hell that I could wear this 12 hours a day without my dick falling off. I have been using it now for about 3 weeks but can't wear it any longer than an hour at a time. One question is where does the penis head actually sit on the white piece on the end. I have the 2 long bars in and I have to really pull the head to get it to go past the strap down. When it is sitting in place, the head is really being pulled and smashed by the strap. I am thinking that I am using too long of bars for starting. It seems that if I use the 1 long and 1 short piece that is it too short and I have to expand the rings all the way and there is very little pressure. So I am not sure what the correct fit is. I check the web site and videos and it looks like the head is past the end white piece w/o any pulling or smashing of the head. But when I have this, I feel like there is very little pulling and the 4 notches used to measure the pressure are always at 4. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

You should check out the instructions and diagram listed here: http://www.peforum.net/htm/devices.htm

It sounds as if you're wearing the loop to tight and/or using too many rod sections. The stretch should be mild. You also need to take periodic breaks every few minutes to massage blood back into the penis. ANY stretching device will cause some degree of circulation loss if worn long enough.

Thanks for the response Big Al.

So I looked over the photo and I took out any extra bars so it's just the default one. I put it in and everything fits nicly and I tighten it up and seems ok. My questions are related to the tugging and the 1500/1200/900/600 g (which I guess is grams?). Anyway, I cannot seem to get the thing to compress. Meaning that I always have 4 notches showing which I assume is 600 g and the least possible pressure (which I don't want). I can get the bars out to maybe force it to the 3rd at 900gr but I can NEVER get it to go past this. When I put in an extra piece I still cannot get it to the second line (1200 g) ever. And then it just starts pulling the head and really hurting. But it seems something is really wrong with the device or I am just missing something. In other words, when I have the head in the correct place on the end piece and the silicone tube is in place behind the head w/o any pain, it's not really pulling the skin. And it NEVER get's to 1500 or 1200 g. Not sure what to do.

It's possible that you have a defect in the springs. Have you tried contacting the company/website that you ordered the extender from?

I will try that. Thanks.
