I have only heard of discussions about the squeeze technique and it seems very effective, but have searched for more information on how to perform a squeeze and found nothing. Could a veteran better explain exactly how to do it?

Here's how you do "The Squeeze": With one hand at the base (with your thumb and forefinger in "OK" sign as if milking) and the other hand (same way) positioned just behind the head of the penis - SQUEEZE!

Your penis should look VERY swollen and veiny. Hold this position for five seconds. Release, and start over. Start with 5 and work up to 50+ total reps, resting a bit every 10 reps or so (this is a hard exercise!).

Should you be erect when squeezing?

Your penis should be about 50 to 75% erect.

Your penis should be about 50 to 75% erect.

If it is more say 80-90% is the excercise less effective or is it dangerous to preform above 75% erect.

Also on the rep. side the manual says start at 5 10 second holds. Should it be squeeze hold (10 sec) release with a pause and then start the next rep. or a longer dreak between squeezes.

A short pause in between reps will do.

You should wait until you're done with the beginner phase to focus on squeezes. They're an intense exercise and you can get hurt if you aren't physically prepared for them.
